Cath, thanks so much for the scrumptious treats!! I shared a cupcake with my husband and as he smacked his lips with approval, I said, “Remember a month or so ago I tried to make Italian Buttercream and it turned out looking terrible but you said it tasted good? Well, this cupcake has Italian Buttercream and THIS is how it is supposed to look AND taste”.
He paused and said, “I think you should give it another try”.
You have set the bar high.
